Karen Brown

Karen Brown has 30 years’ experience in Occupational Health Nursing. After completing her general nurse training she went on to work in manufacturing industry where she took her degree course in Occupational Health. Following this she studied for a post graduate diploma in Health Promotion and completed a NEBOSH certificate, along with various other short courses relevant to Occupational Health. Her workplace experience includes manufacturing, higher educational environments, financial institutions, SME’S transport and public sector bodies.

Karen undertakes the role of Occupational health manger which in practice means she carries out clinical work 40% of her time and management tasks 60% of her time.

Julie Robinson

Julie has the following qualifications: Registered General Nurse Part 1 / Specialist Community and Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health)  

Julie is an Occupational Health Nurse with more than 24 years’ experience in occupational health nursing.  She has gained wide experience in Occupational Health including Industry, Health and Education.

Edel McCullough

After completing her general nurse training, she worked in general nursing for several years before undertaking a degree course in “Professional Development in Nursing” with a Diploma in Occupational Health.

Edel McCullough has 20 years experience in Occupational Health Nursing.

She has gained experience in both the public, private sector and manufacturing industry.

Edel has completed various short courses relevant to Occupational Health including Travel Health.

Michaela McCall

To compliment further, Michaela has the NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and NEBOSH Certificate in the Management of Health and Well-Being at Work.

Michaela has over 25 years of nursing experience working within many arenas-NHS, Private and Industry.

Ann Silvester

Ann Silvester has 11 years Occupational Health experience. 

Denise Johnston

She completed the OH Nursing degree course with University of Ulster and the also has a NEBOSH certificate along with the relevant short courses required for OH.

Denise Johnston has 30 years’ experience in Occupational Health Nursing mainly in a large Aerospace manufacturing company.
